Sehar un Nisa Hassan
, Ph.D. currently working as an Associate Prof. at the College of Public Health and Health Informatics. I have over 18 years of experience in the higher education sector, conducting academic research and publications. My current level of professional competencies and experiences are useful for the adaptation, and improvement of the curriculum for graduate and post-graduate programs necessary to reduce the challenge of skills gaps in Saudi population. My recent trainings and preferences for use of AI tools in education and research align with the current trends in academia. Moreover, I am involved in delivery of higher education and thus keen in exploring and addressing psychological, social, and environmental factors that may impact student learning processes and performance. Few of my research projects focuses on investigating psychological, cognitive and emotional correlates of online educational experiences. The use of technology and online education is both current and future trends in the education sector. Currently, I am working on projects that focus upon leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance the creation, delivery, and assessment in the field of education.
