Scott Mohan

Scott Mohan holds a BA degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a MA degree in Deaf Education from Gallaudet University. He worked at Rocky Mountain Deaf School from 1999 to 2005 as a Kindergarten Teacher. He has been with New Mexico School for the Deaf from 2005 to present. During his tenure at NMSD, he taught 1st and 2nd grade. He also was the Early Childhood Education/Elementary principal and is currently the Director of Instruction at NMSD. He has been inspired by Reggio Emilia since starting out as an ECE teacher in 1999 and has worked intensively within the Reggio Emilia community in Colorado and New Mexico, which led to ECE programs at both schools to be inspired by Reggio Emilia and principles.
