Sara Redondo-Duarte

Sara Redondo Duarte is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education (Department of Educational Studies) at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. She holds a Ph.D. in Education, a Master’s degree in Educational Technology, and a Master’s in Business Administration and Management. From 2005 to 2008, she was a research fellow at the Educational Research and Documentation Center of the Spanish Ministry of Education. Her professional focus has been on faculty development and managing educational innovation projects. She is a member of the consolidated research group Technological Development, Socio-cultural Exclusion, and Education at Universidad Complutense. Her research centers on faculty development, educational project management, and the didactic use of technologies. She has held university leadership positions, including Director of Educational Innovation and Faculty Development and Director of Student Experience at Universidad Europea. She has co-authored several publications under the Eurydice Network (European Commission), the Spanish Ministry of Education, and academic journals, and has been recognized for excellence in university leadership by Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2021) and the Management Excellence Club (2019). She was also honored at the International e-Learning Awards in 2018, 2019, and 2022.
