Santhapalli Gautami
is a seasoned academician and researcher with over 25 years of experience in teaching (20 years) and research (5 years) in Management Studies. She currently serves as a Professor at the Department of Management Studies, S.V. College of Engineering, Tirupati. Her areas of expertise include Finance, Human Resource Management, and Educational Empowerment. She has successfully served as Principal Investigator for the AICTE AQIS PRERANA Scheme (2019–2022) and completed Andhra Pradesh State Tourism Department Funded project for Home Stay Survey and State Policy framework at Tirupati District submitted report to Tirupati District Collector on 1st May 2025, she has been shortlisted for DST SHRI-SATYAM and File Number: ANRF/SSH/2025/000097/DH Project titled “Tech-Integrated Heritage Research Centre (TIHRC) Revitalizing Andhra Pradesh Crafts through Innovation “ research funding schemes. She has also applied for SERB POWER GRANT and DST-NIDHI iTBI SC, ST special Call demonstrating her active involvement as Principal Investigator in funded research projects amounting to over ₹5 crore. Dr. Gautami is a recognized Ph.D. Supervisor at JNTUA Anantapuramu and currently guides four research scholars. She has authored seven books with reputed international publishers and has published 45 research papers, including 9 UGC and 3 Scopus-indexed publications. Her contribution to academia includes organizing and participating in national and international seminars, conferences, and faculty development programs. Her academic leadership and commitment to excellence have been recognized through prestigious honours such as the “Leading Educationist of India Award 2019” (Saint Martin Council of Research Accreditation Commission, Melbourne, Australia) and the “Academic Excellence Award” (I2OR International Institute of Organized Research). She earned her Ph.D. in Management Studies (2015) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, and was the University Topper in Finance Specialization (2001 batch). She is APSLET qualified, a certified trainer by APSHE–British Council, and has completed various online certifications including SPSS, NPTEL, and MOOCs courses. Dr. Gautami has mentored over 218 MBA students in project work and continues to contribute as a resource person in academic seminars, workshops, FDPs, and management meets. Her professional affiliations span six academic societies, and she is known for her dedication, interpersonal competence, and result-oriented approach toward research and teaching excellence.
