Samuel Nani

Samuel Nani is a budding scholar in International Relations with research interest in culinary soft power and gastrodiplomacy. He is an MPhil International Studies and BA African Studies graduate from the University of Cape Coast. Mr. Samuel Nani is also the author of two book chapters: “Can Ghana Learn Lessons from Asia’s Gastrodiplomacy?” Published in Sixty Years of Ghana- China Relations: Friendship, Friction and the Future edited by Lloyd. G. A. Amoah in 2021 and also “Soft Power through Gastrodiplomacy: Is Ghana Underselling Itself?” Published in Realigning and Repositioning Africa: Confronting Challenges and Charting Its Own Courses in the 21st Century, edited by Tony Talburt and Moussa Traore in 2021. He is currently exploring opportunities for his PhD.
