Samruddhi Shrikant Vaidya
Samruddhi Vaidya
is B.Tech graduate in Food Technology from Department of Food Technology, University Institute of Chemical Technology, Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. During her academic journey, Samruddhi embarked on a six-month internship journey at ITC Ltd. Haridwar. Where she gained invaluable insights into the corporate world. Her tenure at ITC provided her with hands-on experience in the projects of Quality assurance, honing her skills in smooth production process, Quality assurance, Problem identification and solving etc. She actively participated in various academic events, lectures, seminars and conferences, including presenting a poster at a AEEAR – 2024 national conference. Currently, Samruddhi continues to pursue her professional endeavours, driven by a desire to make meaningful contributions in food processing and preservation sector.
