Sameh Tebourbi
Sameh Tebourbi
is an assistant in the higher institute of business administration, Sfax University, Tunisia. She received her phd degree from the faculty of economics and managment of Sfax. She has research interests in the areas of service quality, customer relationship management, wellness tourism and artificial intelligence. She is a member of Laboratory of Management Research (LRM), in the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Sfax.
