, RN, RM, Post RN BScN, MBA-HHM Chief Nursing Officer, Tabba Heart Institute, Karachi, Pakistan Sadaf Naveed is a senior nursing leader with over 17 years of experience in clinical practice and healthcare administration. She currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Tabba Heart Institute, overseeing nursing operations, quality initiatives, and staff development. She holds a Post RN BScN and an MBA in Hospital and Health Management. During her MBA, she co-authored the chapter “Tourism and Hospitality” in Seeds of Prosperity – Planting the Ecosystem for Pakistan’s Economic Bloom, as part of the MSVI course. In this volume, her chapter “Spirituality: Cultivating Meaning and Compassion in Healthcare” reflects her commitment to integrating holistic and compassionate leadership practices in healthcare.
