Sachil Kumar

Dr. Sachil Kumar is an accomplished forensic scientist and academician with over a decade of experience in forensic chemistry, toxicology, and postmortem interval (PMI) estimation. He holds a Ph.D. in Forensic Chemistry and Forensic Medicine from King George’s Medical University, where his pioneering research focused on the degradation of cardiac Troponin-T (cTnT) for PMI estimation. He has held academic positions at prestigious institutions in India and abroad, including Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, CHRIST University, and Amity University. Dr. Kumar has a strong publication record in high-impact international journals and has been actively involved in editorial and peer-review work for several reputed scientific publications. He is skilled in analytical techniques such as GC-MS and SDS-PAGE and has supervised numerous postgraduate research projects. A recipient of multiple fellowships and international research travel support, Dr. Kumar is also a member of various professional forensic and toxicological societies, reflecting his deep commitment to advancing forensic science education and research.
