Dr.
S. Raj Kumar
received his bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and his master's degree in VLSI Design from the same institution. He completed his doctoral degree at Anna University, Chennai, specializing in VLSI device modeling. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering (VLSI Design and Technology) at Velammal College of Engineering and Technology, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. His career spans over 11 years, during which he has made significant contributions to teaching and research. His research interests include diverse areas such as modeling and simulation of analog VLSI. He has published over 10 research papers in international journals and presented 20 papers at international conferences. He has also received the award for “Best Outcome in Academic Performance”.
