Rohan Singh
Rohan Singh
has been an Associate Professor of Management at Chandigarh University, Punjab, India, for around three years and holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Management. He has published his research in various reputed International Journals and Conferences, accruing more than 500 citations. Dr. Singh has reviewed numerous journals and book chapters indexed in Scopus and Web of Science and supervises many doctoral students. His primary research areas include Human Resource Management, focusing on HR strategies and their adaptation to contemporary trends such as AI, gig workers, and hybrid work practices. He also investigates the correlation between HRM practices and various performance metrics. Dr. Singh's extensive experience includes over 14 years at the Sponsored Research & Industrial Consultancy Cell, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. His expertise is further demonstrated through his active participation as Associate Editor, Editorial Review Board Member, reviewer, Advisory Board Member, and Reviewer Board Member in many reputed Journals.
