Rino Febrianno Boer
Dr.
Rino F. Boer
is an expert in Management Communication with extensive academic and professional experience in higher education. He earned his Doctorate in Communication Science (S3) from Universitas Indonesia in 2013, a Master’s degree in Management (S2) from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2000, and Bachelor’s degrees in Law from Universitas Padjadjaran (1999) and Economics from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (1997). Since January 2014, Dr. Boer has served as Director of the Postgraduate Program at the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) Jakarta. With more than a decade of leadership experience, he is actively involved in developing postgraduate education, advancing management communication practices, and strengthening the link between academic insight and professional application in Indonesia.
