Ridhima Goel
Ridhima Goel
is a distinguished research scholar at the Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharshi Dayanand University, India. She brings a rich interdisciplinary approach to her research, combining her business administration and English literature expertise, with an M.B.A. and an M.A. in English from the same institution. As an educator, she imparts knowledge to postgraduate students, teaching open elective subjects such as Fundamentals of Management and Fundamentals of Marketing. Ridhima has published several research articles in Scopus-indexed and Web of Science journals. Additionally, she has contributed to Scopus-indexed book chapters published by IGI Global. Her research interests encompass human resource management, organizational behavior, and occupational health.
