Ricardo Sousa da Cunha
Ricardo Sousa da Cunha
is a Law Professor at the Law Department of the Management School of IPCA. The Author holds a PhD in Public Law by the Law School of University of Minho, a Master Degree in Public Law by the Law School of the University of Coimbra and a Master Degree in International Law by the Law School of the University of Macau. The author has taught at different Universities, in Portugal, at the Law School of UMinho, and abroad, namely the Universidade Nacional de Timor-Lorosa'e; is the author of many publications on national and foreign journals an labels (books, articles and reports), besides having worked as a legal consultant for national and foreign companies and Governments, most notably the Government of Timor-Leste and the Government of the Macau SAR, PRC.
