Reynal Lavita Fernandes , a Ph.D. scholar in Commerce at CHRIST University. Her research areas are in Accounting and Finance with respect to the prediction of financial distress and the Restructuring of Companies. She has presented papers at several national and international conferences. Her area of interest is to find a solution for bankrupt companies through Machine learning techniques. Based on her research interest, she is currently working on a restructuring model for financially distressed companies in India through the application of Machine Learning Algorithms in her Ph.D.
