is a dedicated and accomplished lecturer in the field of Human Resource Management. With a passion for teaching, research and a commitment to academic excellence. Mr. Mapuranga completed his undergraduate studies in HRM at a prestigious university, where he graduated with honors and masters. His exceptional academic performance and strong interest in understanding human relations led him to pursue a Ph.D. in HRM a programme he is yet to finish. For his doctoral studies, Mr. Mapuranga is focusing his research on employee resourcing strategies and how they can be manipulated for improved organisational performance. He has published in scopus indexed journals and other accredited journals and appeared for conference presentations in various platforms
