Rashmi Maini
Dr.
Rashmi Maini
is a faculty member of HR/OB at Amity International Business School, Amity University, Noida. With a PhD in Human Resource Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, she has been teaching management students for over fifteen years. She also holds a degree in labour management and a certified HR Analyst from from XLRI, Jamshedpur. During her Ph.D tenure, she earned scholarships (JRF and SRF) from the UGC and has presented several papers at National and International Conferences in India and abroad. Dr. Maini's research work has been acknowledged by Middlesex University, UK, IIT Delhi & XLRI Jamshedpur, India to name a few. She has published various research papers in reputed journals, including those listed in ABDC and SCOPUS indexed. She has been a guest editor of Global Business and organizational Excellence Journal (ABDC indexed). She has organized various research conferences in Indian and Abroad. Recently, a conference on Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging was organized at Amity University [in] London in collaboration with Global Business and Organisational Excellence Journal.
