Raouf Fadlallah
Raouf Fadlallah
is an Instructor and Coordinator in Management at the Lebanese International University (LIU), Lebanon. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Culture and Education, Lebanon, and currently pursuing a PhD in Management with a focus on Management & Hospitality. I have an extensive professional experience in the hotel industry, having served as a Front Office Manager, where he developed expertise in customer service operations, team leadership, and quality management systems. My academic interests center on sustainable business practices, customer engagement strategies, and digital transformation in the hospitality and tourism sectors. My recent research explores the intersection of circular economy principles and business model innovation within the hospitality industry.
