Rajnish Shukla
– Professor, Amity School of Hospitality, is an alumnus of IHM – Hyderabad, XLRI- Jamshedpur and PTU Jallandhar. He is an Experienced chef with PhD in Hospitality. He has served Hospitality Industry & Academia for 27+ years and has published several articles, edited books and research papers in International Journals of Repute. Having done his PG Diploma in HR from XLRI – Jamshedpur and served at a leadership role in reputed organisations like Galgotias University, Chandigarh University, Manav Rachna University, SDGI Global University and NCHMCT, Dr. Shukla has worked for digital marketing for years and has a good knowledge and understanding of it. His other research interests are in the areas of - Hospitality services in Hospitals, Service Quality Assessment, Patient’s Satisfaction, Gastronomic Explorations in India, Consumer Behavior and Talent Management in Hospitality.
