Rajimol K P
, with over a decade of academic experience, Prof. Rajimol K. P specializes in Finance, Accounting, and Human Resource Management. Her teaching and research interests span Financial Management, Behavioral Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Derivatives, International Finance, and AI applications in finance and management. A prolific researcher, she has published in Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed journals, presented papers at national and international conferences, contributed book chapters, and filed patents in areas such as Green Finance and AI-driven financial systems. She has held key administrative roles including Program Coordinator, NAAC Coordinator, NBA Coordinator, and Member of the Board of Studies and Program Assessment Committee. Passionate about Outcome-Based Education and academic quality enhancement, she actively mentors students and integrates practical insights into learning. She has coordinated conferences, cultural events, CSR initiatives, and student clubs like the Finance Club and CSR Club. Recipient of multiple Best Teacher and Research Publication Awards, she continues to advance her expertise through AICTE-sponsored FDPs and MDPs on Emerging Technologies and Business Analytics. Prof. Rajimol is a life member of ISTE, IARA, and an active member of IUCEE and MTC.
