Rachel Gammons is Head of Teaching and Learning Services and Faculty Affairs Liaison at the University of Maryland Libraries. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education and brings a research-informed, equity-driven perspective to her work in academic librarianship. Rachel’s scholarship and practice focus on student development and the transformation of library services through inclusive pedagogy and collaborative leadership.
