Shilpa R
working as Associate professor, Department of Management Studies, RJS Institute of Management Studies, has 16 years of experience in teaching. She has worked with the T.John Institute of Technology for 6 years and Quantum Leap for 1 year. She has completed an MBA, M Phil and PhD at Jain (Deemed to be university) specialize in the area of OB/ HRM. She has also published research papers in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC care journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. Authorized Book chapters for international journals and project guide for MBA students. Attended FDPs, conferences, and workshops and also organized programs for the students. Member of ISTE and MTC Global.
