Quazi Tafsirul Islam
Quazi Islam
is an internationally certified and trained academic, researcher, and trainer with 9 years of experience in industry and academia. His research concentration includes Sustainable Development, Circular Economy, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, CSR. He is also involved in the course and syllabus designing and developing various Strategy and HR topics, including diversity and inclusion. He started his career in the Banking industry with Standard Chartered Bank in their international banking division as an Officer in foreign trade services. Later he joined Eastern Bank as a Management Trainee and was promoted to Associate Manager in the SME and consumer relationship banking division. He has obtained his Masters in Human Resources & Management from the University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom, with a Distinction and was awarded the 'MSc Management Award' as a class valedictorian for 2017. Prior to that, he graduated from North South University with a distinction, double-majoring in Finance & Accounting and Human Resource Management.
