Preet Kanwal
Preet Kanwal
is an Associate Professor at the Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, with over 22 years of academic and research experience in Human Resource Management. A Post-Doctoral Fellow from the University of Quebec in Montreal, she holds a PhD in HRM from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University. Her research interests include quality of work life, labour laws, industrial relations, organisational behaviour, and workforce well-being. She has published widely in Scopus-indexed and UGC-listed journals, authored books and numerous book chapters, and presented at several national and international conferences. She has taught internationally for Victoria University (Online), Australia, and Sunway University (Online), Malaysia. She recently completed an ICSSR-funded project as Co-Principal Investigator on empowering women artisans for Vision Viksit Bharat@2047 and is currently a Co-Investigator on an ongoing ICSSR-funded project on enhancing Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in government schools across Punjab.
