Prasanalakshmi Balaji
Prasanalakshmi Balaji
- Associated with the Department of Computer Science, College of Computer Science, King Khalid University, and she was a research fellow at the Centre for Artificial Intelligence, KKU, and a Postdoctoral researcher in the Data Science Laboratory at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Industrial Optimisation and Applications, Maejo University, Thailand. She mainly investigated artificial intelligence-based data analytics in medical imaging and neural networks. She currently holds six international patents and two Indian patents. She holds project funding from the Deanship of Scientific Research at King Khalid University on Mathematical Modelling in Cancer Imaging using Neural Networks and Medical Data Transmission in the Secure IoT. She has completed two funding projects in the previous years. Artificial intelligence techniques applied to her specialized research publications in cancer research. Her extensive expertise and background in the field of biomedical image processing and artificial intelligence make her a confident and reassuring choice for this book. Her research interests include Neural Networks for Medical Imaging, Deep learning, Machine learning, Data Science, Internet of Things (IoT).
