Piyali Roy Chowdhury
Dr.
Piyali Roy Chowdhury
serves as Assistant Professor, Christ University, School of Business and Management, Bangalore, India. Her area of teaching is – Economics, Sustainable Finance and Behavioural Finance. Her area of research includes International Trade, Foreign Investments, Macroeconomics, and Econometrics. She holds a Doctorate degree in Management (Area- Financial Economics) from Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai and MBA in Finance. She is an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad alumni of Faculty Development Programme held in IIM Ahmedabad. She has many publications in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC and ABDC C category journals. She has attended several workshops based on econometric analysis and methods. She led entrepreneurship teams in different academic fields. She has overall 15 years of academic work experience with four years of experience in retail banking operations. She is a resourceful speaker in management case discussions and a sincere mentor for budding graduates with innovative knowledge and skills.
