Pilar Garcia Tamariz
Pilar Garcia Tamariz
is an ordinary principal, researcher at the University of Piura. She received a degree in Business Administration in the University of Piura. She also has a Master’s degree in Integrated Management of knowledge, Intellectual Capital and Human Resources from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Organizational Governance and Culture from the University of Navarra. In addition, she has a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Governance and Culture in the University of Navarra. Her current field of research is Human Resource Management Professor of the University in the Piura, Peru.
