Pankaj Singh
Pankaj Singh
is an Associate Professor of Marketing Science in the School of Business at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, India. He completed his doctoral research in the marketing domain at ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He holds a master’s in International Business Management and M.Phil. in Marketing and his particular research interest is in the areas of Service Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Public Policy. He published several WOS and Scopus-indexed, ABDC-listed, ABS-ranked research articles, IEEE conference proceedings and book chapters in all leading publishers i.e., Springer, IGI Global, CRC Press, Willey and Emerald publications. He has more than fifteen years of experience in academics and industry. In previous assignments, Dr. Singh is associated with Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow; SRM University, Sonipat and GLA University, Mathura as a faculty of Marketing Management.
