Pallavi Tiwari

Pallavi Tiwari is a doctoral researcher at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, and former Assistant Professor of Law at Symbiosis Law School, Pune. A gold medallist in LL.M. (IPR specialization), she is UGC-NET qualified and currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the field of intellectual property rights. Her scholarly interests lie in the intersection of IPR, technology law, and competition law. She has co-authored several research articles in UGC-CARE and Scopus-indexed journals, including “Impact of the Biological Diversity (Amendment) Act 2023 on Biodiversity Protection Regime in India: An Empirical Study” (JIPR, 2025), and “Deepfake Technology and the Quagmire of Artificial Intelligence: An Analysis of National and International Legal Frameworks”, presented at Manipal University Jaipur in 2025. Pallavi is actively involved in international academic collaborations through the 21st Teach Skills project under the Erasmus+ programme, focusing on life and information technology skills in legal education. She currently serves on the editorial team of the Journal of the Institute of Legal Education and is a reviewer for Contemporary Law Review (MNLU Nagpur).
