Ozge Yalciner Ercoskun
Prof. Dr.
Özge Yalçıner Ercoşkun
is a graduate of the Department of City and Regional Planning at Istanbul Technical University. She completed her master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems at Middle East Technical University and earned her PhD in City and Regional Planning at Gazi University. She is currently a faculty member at the Department of City and Regional Planning at Gazi University. Her research interests include sustainable urban planning, smart cities, eco-tech urban design, resilient cities, and geographic information systems. She has participated in numerous panels, exhibitions, and conferences, both nationally and internationally, particularly in the fields of ecological urban planning and GIS. She has also contributed to various research projects. She has authored and edited many books and over one hundred publications on sustainable urban design, ecological and smart city planning, and information technologies. She has received awards for her work on sustainability, urban development, and sustainable tourism.
