Oussama Moustabchir
is a PhD student in Management Science and member in the “Centre d'Études et de Recherches Appliquées à la Gestion” (CERAG) Laboratory, University of Grenoble-Alpes, France. He is member of the International Academic Governance Association (AAIG). Among his Reserach interest are Corporate Governance, Employee ownership Studies, Board Diversity, ESG, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, Firm Performance.
