Oluwakemi Bolanle Ajayi
Oluwakemi Bolanle Ajayi
is a dedicated academic and researcher specializing in psychology of education. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Psychology of Education from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, and has extensive experience in teaching, postgraduate supervision, and educational research. Currently a lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, her work focuses on career decision-making, inclusive education, and mental health in learning environments. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to fields such as positive psychology, educational resilience, and technology adoption in teaching and learning. She is actively involved in postgraduate supervision and serves as an internal and external examiner for research proposals and theses. Her professional experience spans roles in teaching, research assistance, and community engagement in South Africa. Her leadership roles include coordinating academic programs and participating in institutional committees focused on teaching and learning.
