Offia Tugwell Owo
Offia Owo
is a Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Technical Education, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He has published extensively in both local and International Journals in His Areas of Research Interests with about 45 publications to his credit. Dr. Owo received his PhD in Technical Education (Electrical/Electronic Technology) from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Nigeria where he formerly taught Digital Electronics in the Department of Vocational and Technology Education. He is a registered electrical engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a member of several other Professional Associations including the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, the Technology Education Practitioners Association of Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Association of Vocational and Technical Educators of Nigeria. He is currently serving as Chairman, Exhibition Sub-Committee and a member of the Postgraduate School's Board of the Department of Technical Education, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
