Novika Grasiaswaty
Novika Grasiaswaty
is a lecturer in the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas YARSI and a PhD student at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. Her research interests lie in work psychology and organisational behaviour, with a particular focus on algorithmic management, platform labour, and forms of resistance in digitally mediated work contexts. Her work explores questions of control, trust, and worker well- being, particularly within emerging economies. She has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, including longitudinal designs and scale development, and is actively involved in academic writing, peer review, and research training.
