is an Associate Professor at HELP University Malaysia, holds dual doctorates in Management, specializing in Human Resource. She is actively engaged with esteemed professional bodies such as HRD Corp and Malaysia Board of Technology. Dr Normala unwavering dedication to research has yield a substantial body of work, including 31 articles, 9 published books, and has secured 12 grants across various field through collaborative efforts. With a remarkable tenure of 21 years in the education sector, she has demonstrated exceptional prowess as an academician. Furthermore, her intellectual property portfolio boasts 7 copyrights and 1 patent spanning three different countries. Beyond her academic pursuits, Dr Normala is a prolific presenter at international conference and has been recognized as an esteemed speaker in five different countries.
