Nitin Gupta
Nitin Gupta
is a seasoned hospitality professional and academician with over two decades of rich experience in the hospitality industry and education. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Professor at Bhikaji Cama Subharti College of Hotel Management, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, India. Dr. Gupta has made significant contributions to both teaching and research in hotel management. He holds a Ph.D. in Management, with a research focus on motivational factors in the Indian hotel industry, and has published extensively in reputed national and international journals. His academic work includes authoring books, presenting papers at conferences, and supervising doctoral research. Beyond academia, he has professional experience with leading hospitality brands such as Jaypee Palace Hotel and The Suryaa, New Delhi. An award-winning educator, Dr. Gupta is known for his innovative teaching methods and leadership in hospitality education. His dedication to training future professionals and his passion for the industry are reflected in his numerous accolades, patents, and active involvement in academic forums and workshops.
