Nirbhay Rana
is an experienced educator with a passion for design and fashion. With 14 years of teaching experience, he has dedicated his career to shaping the minds of aspiring designers and nurturing their creative talents. He holds a Master's in Fashion Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), New Delhi. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at IILM University in the Design Department, he plays a vital role in guiding and mentoring the next generation of design professionals. His expertise and academic background make him a valuable asset in the field of fashion education. Beginning his career at Budha College of Design as the Head of the Fashion Department, he showcased his expertise in design principles and fashion education. His innovative teaching methodologies and dedication to student success earned him recognition as a dynamic educator in the field. Driven by his passion for design education, he later assumed the role of Dean at the School of Design, Greenwood Group of Institutions. As Dean, he played a pivotal role in shaping the academic curriculum and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence among students. A trailblazer in the field of design curriculum development, he has made a lasting impact by drafting the syllabus for the B. Design in Fashion and Apparel Designing at Kurukshetra University. His insightful contributions to the curriculum have ensured that students receive a comprehensive and industry-relevant education in fashion design.
