Nilam Adini Rakhma
Nilam Adini Rakma
is lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Diponegoro University. She completed his Bachelor of Public Administration education at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Diponegoro University, graduating in 2015. She got Masters degree in the Master of Public Administration Program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) Diponegoro University, graduating in 2021. She has experience working as an HR consultant and Supervisor of the Learning & Development section of the Human Resource division for more than 5 years. Seh has expertise in the field of human resource management and has started to actively write national and international books and journals.
