Dr.
Nazurah Nik Eezammuddeen
is a dedicated periodontist and lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universiti Teknologi MARA, where she leads the undergraduate Periodontology course and coordinates clinical teaching modules. Passionate about innovative pedagogy, she integrates evidence-based dentistry with technology-enhanced learning to cultivate clinical competence and professional values in dental students. Her research interests include periodontal regeneration, the perio-systemic link, and the role of empathy in dental education. An advocate for digital advancement in teaching, she actively explores the use of artificial intelligence to support self-directed learning and improve student engagement.
