Naveenraj Xavier
Dr.
Naveenraj X.
is an assistant professor in the area of organisational behaviour and HRM at the COM, SRM Institute of Technology—Vadapalani, where he teaches courses on organisational culture and behaviour, entrepreneurial development, and business analytics. His primary research focus is on organisational behavior, with a particular emphasis on organisational psychology, stress management in the context of organisational change, and psychological capital. Working in these areas, he had opportunities to publish his work in international peer-reviewed journals like Development and Learning in Organizations, Mental Health and Social Inclusion. Dr. Naveenraj X received his doctorate from the Vellore Institute of Technology and worked as a relationship manager and production executive at Centrum Direct Ltd. and various South Indian production houses for nearly 5 years before joining SRMIST.
