Nathan Pritts
Dr.
Nathan Pritts
is Global Campus Professor and Program Chair for First Year Writing at the University of Arizona Global Campus where he also serves as Faculty Fellow for AI Strategy. He leads initiatives at the intersection of pedagogy, design, and emerging technologies and has spearheaded efforts in the strategic implementation of online learning tools, faculty training, and scalable interventions that support both educators and students. With a background that bridges writing, general education, and educational technology, his work balances innovation with thoughtful pedagogy and student-centered design. His recent work focuses on bringing a humanistic lens to the integration of AI in higher education, developing practical frameworks for integrating AI into curriculum design and faculty development across diverse institutional settings. As author and researcher, Dr. Pritts has published widely on digital pedagogy, curriculum design, and the evolving role of AI in higher education. He is the author or co-author of twelve books, including
