Naser Zaeri
Naser Zaeri
received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (Hons.) in electrical engineering from Kuwait University, in 1996 and 1999, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Surrey, Guildford, U.K., in 2008. He served as the Director of Research and Development at the Arab Open University (AOU), Kuwait, during 2012–2014, and was the Head of Information Technology and Computing (ITC) Department, AOU, during 2010–2012. He served as a consultant for many authorities and ministries and implemented many projects in various engineering and technology fields. He is an Associate Professor with the Department of ITC, AOU. He has more than 50 different publications in international journals and conferences. His research interests include digital image and signal processing, biometrics, communications systems, wireless sensor networks, and artificial intelligence.
