Dr.
N. Rajavel
, is a principal of Selvamm Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Namakkal. He completed his Ph.D. at Bharathiyar University (Coimbatore) and his M.S. (Education) at Alagappa University. He has started his teaching career since 1999. He has been an elected senate member of Periyar University, Salem, since 2007. The specialized subject areas of Dr. N. Rajavel are marketing, Human Resource Management and Finance. He is recognized to guide for MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D scholars. He has guided more than 100 MBA candidates and 12 M.Phil. candidates. He has presented various research articles on various topics at 32 National and International Conferences to his credit. He is one of the Authors for five books, namely Marketing, Production & Materials Management, Service Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Principles of Management Practices. He has published 12 research articles in National and International Journals and received the Best Programme Officer Award, Best Citizens of India Award, and Pride of India Award from various national agencies.
