Mustafa Ülker
Mustafa ÜLKER
is an Assistant Professor Mustafa ÜLKER Erciyes University Faculty of Tourism Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Graduated from Antalya Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School “Kitchen” department. Graduated from Akdeniz University School of Tourism Management and Hotel Management Food and Beverage Management Department with a bachelor’s degree, received his master’s degree from Erciyes University Institute of Social Sciences Tourism Management Department. He earned his doctorate from Gazi University Institute of Social Sciences Tourism Management Department. He started his academic life in 2015 at Erciyes University Faculty of Tourism and continues his academic career as an assistant professor in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of the same university and faculty. He has worked in the food and beverage departments of accommodation establishments since his high school years and has won awards in many competitions in the field of gastronomy. He has taken part in various non-governmental organizations in the field of gastronomy and served as a member of the organizing committee in organizations/festivals related to gastronomy. His academic fields of study are; gastronomy and culinary arts, food and beverage management and restaurant management.
