Muhammad Izzat Zulkifly
Muhammad Izzat Zulkifly
is a senior lecturer in Foodservice Management at the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Selangor Branch, Puncak Alam Campus, Selangor. He earned his Master’s degree in Foodservice Management in 2009 and his PhD in the same field in 2017, both from UiTM, underscoring his deep connection with the institution. Since 2016, he has held the position of the Faculty's Ranking Champion (Coordinator), playing a crucial role in the QS and THE ranking processes for both the faculty and the university. He has also served as a reviewer for multiple academic journals and has been invited to present at various international and local webinars. His research focuses on Foodservice Information Systems and Technology, as well as Restaurant Retail Operations. He has authored numerous publications, including conference proceedings and articles in citation-indexed journals, with a particular emphasis on foodservice management.
