Muhammad Farrukh Shahzad
is currently doing his Ph.D. degree in Management Sciences & Engineering from Beijing University of Technology, BJUT, Beijing, China. His area of interest is service quality, customer satisfaction, Banking, Finance, and Economic Development. He has published many articles in various national and international journals with active participation in several national and international conferences. Moreover, he is serving as a reviewer in world-renowned journals. Graduation in Mechanical Engineering and Master in Business Administration MBA/MS Dual Specialization in Finance & Project Management with a thesis from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore. I have strong research background as a completed Thesis, Conference Papers, and Research Publication in W-category Journal with impact factors.
