Muhaiminul Islam , currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Organization Strategy & Leadership at University of Dhaka. Notable accomplishments distinguish his academic life. As a mark of academic excellence, he was awarded gold medal. He is a newbie to the research community and started to publish research paper in the indexed journals.
