Mário José Batista Romão
Mario Romao
is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management at ISEG – University of Lisbon, Portugal. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from ISCTE (Portugal) and Cranfield University (UK), a Master's in Telecommunications and Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico– University of Lisbon, and a post-graduate certification in Project Management from the Best Practitioner Program at ISLA. Additionally, he has a degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from IST and a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI – Project Management Institute. Mário has also held leadership roles, including serving as a Board member and Executive Director in private sector organizations, particularly in telecommunications and software.
