Monu Singh is a distinguished academic and researcher with over 12 years of teaching experience across reputed institutions, including GITAM University, Christ University, Lovely Professional University, and SRM University. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at GITAM University, Hyderabad, Dr. Singh's research expertise lies in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Leadership. Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Management from North-Eastern Hill University, with her dissertation focusing on the job satisfaction of academics in Central Universities in North East India. She has complemented her research background with professional certifications, including HR Management & Analysis from IIM Kozhikode, Emotional Intelligence in Leadership from the London School of Business Administration, and a Leadership Program from IIM Ahmedabad.
