Mohan
Kumar
has a total of eight years of professional experience in both the corporate sector and academia. He has worked in a Public Sector Bank and a State Government University, focusing on Marketing and Entrepreneurship Development. He completed his PhD on “Motivational Factors and Challenges of Start-Ups in NCR” at the Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak-124001, Haryana. Dr. Mohan specializes in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Quantitative Analysis, and Entrepreneurship Development. His research has been published in esteemed national and international journals, and he has actively participated in both national and international conferences, presenting his research findings. In March 2022, he received the “Best Research Paper Award” at an international conference conducted by IITM, GGSIU, Delhi, for his paper titled “Psychological Wellbeing Before & During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Longitudinal Sample Study of Creative Writers and Directors.” Since May 2023, Dr. Mohan has been working at SGT University, Gurugram. He continues to contribute to academia through research, conferences, and workshops, furthering his expertise in his specialized domains.
